Canoe Rentals
The Friends of Black Bayou owns eight (8) canoes and four (4) kayaks with all the needed accessories, and are happy to make them available for groups and individuals to use on Black Bayou Lake. Those wishing to reserve canoes or kayaks may call the Refuge at 318-387-1114. Renters should go to the Visitor Center to sign the rental contract, agreeing to comply with all applicable regulations and laws.
Rental fees are $20 per canoe/kayak for 1/2 day and $35 per canoe/kayak for a day. Current, paid-up members of FoBB may rent at 1/2 price.
